- Such information is used only for report generation and AI analysis purposes.
- The Company is not a medical institution and does not create or store medical records.

Article 12 (Expiry Tracker & Pantry Data)
The Expiry Tracker feature allows you to manage food product expiry dates. To provide this service, we collect and store the following information on our servers, associated with your device identifier:

- Product name (entered by user)
- Expiry date (manually entered or scanned by camera)
- Storage method (room temperature, refrigerated, or frozen)
- Barcode information (if scanned)
- Date and time of entry
12.2 Data Retention
Pantry data is retained on our servers while you actively use the feature. You can delete individual items or all expired items at any time through the app. Data is associated with your device identifier and is not linked to any personal identity information.
Article 13 (Browser Notifications)
The Service may request permission to send browser notifications to alert you about approaching product expiry dates. Regarding notifications:
- Browser notification permission is only requested when you explicitly enable this feature
- Notifications are processed entirely on your device — no notification data is sent to our servers
- Notification preferences are stored locally in your browser (localStorage)
- You can enable or disable notifications at any time using the bell icon in the pantry page
- You can also revoke notification permission through your browser settings at any time
We do not use push notification services and do not collect any data related to your notification preferences on our servers.
Article 14 (Destruction of Personal Information)
- Personal information is safely deleted or destroyed without delay after the purpose has been fulfilled.
- Electronic files are deleted in a manner that makes recovery impossible.
Article 15 (Protection of Children's Personal Information)
- The Service is not intended for children under the age of 14.
- The Company does not intentionally collect personal information from children.
Article 16 (Advertising Notice)
- The Service currently does not provide third-party personalized advertising.
- If advertising features are introduced in the future, separate notice will be provided.
